Info: HERE IS A 33' SPARTAN MANSION IN FAIRLY GOOD CONDITION. EXTERIOR IS CLEAN, OVER ALL, WITH A PLATE SIZED SHALLOW DENT ON THE BACK, UPPER CORNER, SEE PICTURE. OTHER THAN THAT, THE EXTERIOR IS FAIRLY CLEAN, WITH A FEW SMALL DINGS, AND A COUPLE OF SCRAPES, OR SCRATCHES. ALSO, THE FRONT PLEXIGLAS WILL NEED REPLACED, BECAUSE SOMEONE PUT A PIECE OF PLEXIGLAS THAT'S TOO LONG, AND EXTENDS BELOW THE FRONT WINDOW LINE, THE TWO FRONT SIDE WINDOWS HAVE SOME SPIDER-WEBBING. FRAME IS STRAIGHT AND STRONG. TONGUE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. FLOOR IS IN GOOD CONDITION, EXCEPT FOR THE 3' X 5' PLACE IN THE BACK BEDROOM.
Interior Condtion: Interior is original wood, unpainted. There are four vents, 3 of them are in good condition, with no apparent leaks, but 1 vent area wood panel will need replaced, and that vent is also missing, a piece of stainless temporary vent has been installed. I would say 80% of the interior wood is in very good condition, because of the place in the back bedroom, that needs the all panel installed (see pictures). Also the floor in that area will need to be subfloored, approx. a spot about 3' by 5' will need to be subfloored, and new linoleum installed. The leak that caused that damage, in the bedroom, seemed to come from a leak in the bathroom/bedroom wall, at some time. So of course the plumbing will need to be gone through. Bathroom looks to be in good conditon, and also has a shower. All aluminum walls, in the bathroom. The refrigerator seems to be original. The cook stove is not original. Trailer has had the wheel-bearing recently repacked (Nov. 10, 2004) and new 8-ply tires (4 tires) installed, and so the trailer is ready to go! Has current CA title and registration.
